Embedded Networks
We support communities transition to zero carbon low cost energy, water and internet services
A private energy network that serves numerous consumers is known as an embedded network. It has a single connecting point to the grid and is managed by an entity known as the embedded network operator, which will fetch data from the embedded networks for trading purposes.

Commercial buildings, such as office buildings, apartment buildings, and shopping centers, can save a lot of money by using an embedded network.
Typically, each apartment, business, or store has its connection point to the local grid and receives a bill from the licensed retailer (Synergy/AGL/Origin).

Energy Procurement
Accessing local energy markets as a group or a community to save money and carbon emissions by merging all parties into a single community embedded network allows for the bulk purchase of electricity and future installation of solar, batteries and electric vehicle chargers in a sustainable manner.

We at Element47, provide a comprehensive solution that includes all areas of engineering, construction, connecting, and operating a private embedded metering network for our customers.

Community Partnerships
We support communities to operate their own embedded networks and their associated building services infrastructure.
Our embedded networks provide real-time measurement through the internet, the community is empowered to reduce their own carbon emissions and costs for the following building services:

-
Electricity
-
Water
-
Gas
-
Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
-
Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Generation
-
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
-
Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging
Power Purchase Agreements (PPA's)
If upfront cost is an issue, talk to us about how our sustainable infrastructure Power Purchase Agreements (PPA's) can ensure immediate long term benefit to your community.

PPA's are a great retrofit option whereby savings can be generated from day 1 after the works are completed without the need to raise the funds to pay for the works.

Developers can achieve sustainable buildings by leveraging our PPA's to reduce their CAPEX on building services ensuring that the community benefits from the most sustainable energy efficient assets that are operated and maintained in accordance with circular economy and lifecycle cost benefit in mind.
PPA's help reduce the risk of value engineering of sustainability features out of buildings by removing these items from a builder's budget and recovering costs over time from the building occupants.

Element47 was granted a Solar Power Purchase Retail License Exemption in Western Australia in 2017. A copy of our license exemption can be found on the Energy Policy WA website or download a pdf.
